Heather Drager

Dear Sage Clients,

I am writing this letter to inform you of some changes that will be happening in the New Year. It is with a heavy heart I am leaving Sage and taking a new position at ABQ Health Partners on the Westside near my home. Change is always hard, but it can be beneficial. I will be leaving you all in the very able hands of my colleagues here at Sage. The staff will be happy to assist you in scheduling with a new provider. My new office will be providing primary care services only. If any of you are in need of a new primary care provider, I would be honored to fill that role. The number that you can contact is (505) 232-1100.

I wish you all the best in the New Year!

A Message from Lisa Sutter, Practice Administrator

Here at Sage Neuroscience Center, we strive to find excellent health care providers who can offer quality care to our patients. It is of the utmost importance to us that we employ compassionate and competent providers to make sure that you receive services in a comfortable environment for you. With the addition of Heather Drager, PA to our team three years ago, we were so blessed to find exactly this. For the past three years, she has worked diligently to provide quality care to her patients. Not only has she attended to behavioral health needs but the physical as well. She has worked to integrate mental health services in this community. Here at Sage, we will be sad to see her leave. She is loved colleague and team member here. However, she will continue to be an asset to this community by continuing to provide primary care services to patients. We are committed to helping you with this transition to make it as smooth as possible. If you would like to follow her to her primary care practice the information you need is listed in her letter.

Please feel free to call and speak with us if you need assistance in transferring your care to another provider here at Sage.

Heather was the best! I have seen many psychiatrists over the years but Heather faced my concerns and care plan with such awareness and compassion. Each visit I knew she would not only be up on the latest medical issues but be aware of what my needs were. She put me in touch with the best therapists as well. All my best Heather.
