Insurance Providers Accepted at Sage

Insurance Card

Here at Sage Neuroscience Center, we accept most major insurance plans.

Below you will find a chart of the Insurance Providers we accept for both Behavioral Health and Primary Care Services. However, please note that Aetna does not cover our Primary Care Services.

It’s also important to note that not all insurance policies cover all services. if you are concerned about coverage, we suggest you contact your carrier to find out about any exclusions and out of pocket costs. For example. One Blue Cross policy may cover Behavioral Health Services items while another may not. This goes across the board for all services with some exclusions that are binding including:

  • Medicare will not cover IOP services
  • Medicaid will not cover TMS services
  • Detox inductions are not covered by Medicare or subsequent Medicare advantage plans
