I feel it is a privilege to have people share about their life’s challenges with me in therapy. I strive to empower my clients to identify and utilize effective skills to cope with these challenges and to learn how to think in more productive ways as they deal with these challenges. My goal is to provide compassion, acceptance, and support as my clients go through their journey toward emotional wellness.
