Dr. Timothy Grenemeyer, DO
Primary Care Clinical Director
Dr. Tim Grenemyer is the co-clinical medical director of Primary Care at Sage Neuroscience Center. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of New Mexico followed by receiving his doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences. Postgraduate training included a rotating internship at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills Michigan followed by a residency in Family Medicine at Presbyterian/ St. Luke’s medical center in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Grenemyer has previously served as president for Central Mountain Medical, New Mexico monitored treatment program and Lead physician at DaVita/Optum. In addition to his position at Sage Neuroscience, he serves as president of Wellspring Healthcare Solutions and participates in VIP StarNetwork. His care philosophy focuses on quality of life, disease prevention through a healthy lifestyle, and access to care.
Not known for sitting still- he can be found out skiing or hiking with his family, riding his bike, or on the golf course. He also enjoys spending time as a team physician on the sidelines of high school football games or next to the mats in wrestling tournaments.
