Ellen Peabody

Ellen works with adolescents, adults, and couples using behavioral therapy approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She regularly works with clients who have anxiety, depression, trauma, substance, and relationship issues. Ellen is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space to help clients find solutions to life’s problems while working to achieve their goals, embody their values, and realize their full potential.

Her practice is guided by the belief that all clients possess the ability to grow, find meaning in their journey, and experience healing. Ellen says, “I love that I get to be a witness to the resiliency and courage of people on a regular basis. Pursuing therapy requires bravery and commitment, and I derive tremendous meaning and satisfaction from supporting clients in their journeys toward wholeness and healing.”

In her free time, Ellen enjoys yoga, walking her dog, hiking, and spending time with her partner and family.
