Simone’s specialties consist of organizational leadership, program creation and development, while building organizational collaboration and self-developmental growth. Along with her current role, she also has previous experience in pediatric behavioral health and as an optometric technician working with a variety of ages.

When asked what inspires her to show up to work every day, she said it is with the intention of providing accessible and quality healthcare to all patients. The best part of her job is seeing or knowing she is positively impacting patient care. Her professional goal is to streamline the care given to patients using the highest level of communication between the Access administrative staff and providers with the necessary support.

While not at work, Simone enjoys quiet time at home with loved ones doing hobbies like reading, sewing, trying new art mediums, and learning to figure skate. She is looking forward to obtaining her Master’s degree in the near future.

When asked what she’d like others to know about herself, she replied, “I will help anyone and everyone I can to the best of my abilities!”
