Behavioral Health IOP

This group meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am - 12 pm for a total of 12 weeks or 36 sessions.

If you find you would like more than weekly therapy but are not in need of hospitalization, our BHIOP may be right for you. Our Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program (BHIOP) is a learning and skills-focused program for individuals who experience mental health issues. Our program teaches patients how to manage their mental health through mindfulness, emotional regulation, and other life skills in a safe and supportive group environment.

Substance Use Disorder IOP

This group meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am - 12 pm OR 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm for a total of 12 weeks or 36 sessions.

Our Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (SUDIOP) is available for any qualifying person seeking help combating substance use disorder. Throughout the program, you will practice implementing new recovery skills in a supportive environment in which you and your loved ones can process these changes. Our caring team of multidisciplinary professionals will work with you through the whole evaluation, detoxification, and treatment process.

Please note that we do not offer individual therapy as a standalone service. You must be enrolled in another service here at Sage to receive individual therapy.

Outpatient Detox Services

If you’ve developed a habit of regular drug or alcohol misuse, you may require outpatient detox before you are able to begin treatment safely. At Sage, patients are aided through the detox process with medications and monitored by our trained medical staff during the day, and return home at night. After detox, your care team will work with you to create a treatment plan. Your treatment plan may include intensive outpatient therapy, medical care for ongoing withdrawal symptoms, and medication management to address other underlying mental health concerns.

Primary Care Services

People with mental health issues have complex physical care needs. Our primary care physicians offer integrated care to those receiving behavioral health services with us. We are also proud to offer gender-affirming care. Please note that you must be receiving behavioral health services to qualify for our Primary Care Clinic.

Psychiatric Medication Management

Medication management offers multiple benefits; is a way to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from medications by taking only what your body chemistry and symptoms need. Medication Management helps to ensure medications are accurate and consistent and offer a touch point conversation with your provider to discuss any changes you may have experienced in the past few months.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is used to treat patients who have not benefited from prior antidepressant treatments and are seeking an alternative. TMS uses a highly focused, pulsed magnetic field to stimulate function in targeted brain regions. It passes through the skull to activate the mood-regulating area of the brain.
