At Sage Neuroscience, we are committed to providing flexible and comprehensive care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders (SUD). We understand that scheduling can be a barrier for patients seeking treatment, which is why we offer four different group times for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This allows us to meet your patients where they are, no matter their schedule.
Flexible Group Times for SUD IOP:
To ensure your patients have access to the care they need, we offer the following group session times:
- Morning Track: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Two separate tracks available for this time)
- Afternoon Track: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Evening Track: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Available virtually/telehealth for the convenience of patients)
These varied group times are designed to give your patients more options, making it easier for them to engage in treatment and take the steps needed for recovery.
Comprehensive Care with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Sage Neuroscience is proud to provide in-house Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as part of our IOP services. MAT is a proven and essential approach for individuals recovering from opioid and alcohol use disorders. Our team of addiction specialists works closely with patients to offer a combination of medication and therapy that supports long-term recovery.
A Whole Team to Support Your Patients
At Sage Neuroscience, we know that successful recovery requires a team-based approach. That’s why our IOP includes not only addiction medicine specialists but also a comprehensive team of experts, including:
- Licensed Therapists
- Psychiatrists
- Certified Community Support Specialists (CCSS)
- Addiction Medicine Providers
Together, this team works to address all aspects of your patients’ recovery, providing the highest quality care and ensuring they receive the personalized support they need.
Step-Down Option: Relapse Prevention Group
For patients who are progressing through treatment, we also offer a Relapse Prevention Group as a step-down option. This group provides ongoing support for individuals who have completed IOP and are transitioning to a less intensive level of care. The Relapse Prevention Group focuses on equipping patients with the tools and strategies they need to maintain their progress and prevent relapse.
How We Can Help Your Patients
We understand that as a provider, you want to ensure your patients have access to the best care available. At Sage Neuroscience, we offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive treatment, and a dedicated team to support every step of their recovery journey.
