Tia Nicole Reid, LSAA
- BA in Psychology – University of New Mexico

Currently, my focus is on Substance Use Disorders, but my goal is to work with both SUDs and BH in the future. I have my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I completed my BA in Psychology with a concentration in Basics in Addictions Counseling through the University of New Mexico. I am currently enrolled in my Masters of Arts program for Clinical Mental Health through the University of the Cumberlands stationed in Kentucky.
My main goal for my practice is to provide a safe space for individuals to explore their hurts and heal from those same hurts. My intention is to help individuals find their ideal selves and provide support and guidance when needed to help them achieve their ideal selves. I work with adult individuals aged 19 and older.
In my free time, I adore reading and doing jigsaw puzzles. I also really enjoy spending time with my family and friends. When I am not slammed with homework I tend to play video games with my brother and the clanmates we have. I adore hearing people’s stories and seeing where they came from. Helping people get to where they want to be in life is so rewarding and acknowledging where one has come from and what they have been through is a HUGE part of that. I am a huge fan of journaling and planning in traditional fashion. Good ol’ pen to paper format for both. I have way too many types of journals and planners, and I always buy more!
