bipolar, OCD, codependency, and behavioral problems.
I work with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective and guide them to gain high self-awareness and encourage them to pursue ongoing personal growth.
I gently walk through the healing journey side by side with my clients. I help them identify and illuminate repetitive patterns of ineffective behaviors and empower them to realize their full potential.
My theoretical orientation for counseling is integrative. I use conceptual frameworks from several different perspectives when appropriate for individual clients and specific phases of treatment. I also utilize dance therapy as the psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote the individual’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration.
