Nazanin Bagheri, LMHC

Therapist
  • BA in Journalism – School of Media Studies, Iran-Tehran
  • MA in Clinical Counseling – Palo Alto University
I am specialized in treating children, adolescents, and adults experiencing low self-esteem, attachment and neglect issues, anxiety and depression,
bipolar, OCD, codependency, and behavioral problems.

I work with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective and guide them to gain high self-awareness and encourage them to pursue ongoing personal growth.

I gently walk through the healing journey side by side with my clients. I help them identify and illuminate repetitive patterns of ineffective behaviors and empower them to realize their full potential.

My theoretical orientation for counseling is integrative. I use conceptual frameworks from several different perspectives when appropriate for individual clients and specific phases of treatment. I also utilize dance therapy as the psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote the individual’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration.

Availability: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

I have a fulfilling job because it allows me to make a tangible difference in people’s lives in my community and provide a forever lesson for my younger clients. I love my job because it means caring for the community.
