Find Your Support Group Match

Group therapy services at Sage cover a multitude of topics, ensuring you can find a group regardless of what mental health issue you’re experiencing.

Therapy group puts hand in center to show support

Group environments can be one of the most beneficial modalities to foster a better recovery. Often, support group members report that going through the process of healing with others can help them reflect on their trauma from a new perspective. During sessions, people in the group can lift each other up and help one another make progress. As trust builds between you and members of the group, so too will your ability to be vulnerable, self-aware, learn and grow, and share your experiences for others to learn from. In short, you will never be alone with group therapy services at Sage.

If you’re interested in finding a support group that best matches your needs, browse our current groups available and send in a formal inquiry online. Alternatively, you can work with your provider to discuss your treatment goals and what you hope to accomplish in a therapeutic group.
