Would you like to learn new skills to reduce your symptoms and increase your quality of life?

Our Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a workshop for individuals who suffer from mental illness. This program teaches patients how to manage their illness through mindfulness, communication, and other life skills in a safe and supportive environment.

What is the Behavioral Health IOP?

The BHIOP is a comprehensive and structured approach to treating mental health issues that are affecting your life. If you find that you would like additional services beyond weekly therapy, but are not in need of hospitalization, this program may be for you.

What does the program entail

  • 12-week intensive program
  • Three days a Week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • 3 hours a Day (9:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.)
  • Insurance Coverage: Medicaid, BlueCross Blueshield Commercial, Presbyterian Commercial, NMHC

In this program, you will explore ways to reduce the frequency and severity of your symptoms; increase confidence and self-worth; and improve your daily functioning. The integrative and supportive approach of our team will help you improve the quality of your life.

Adolescent Behavioral Health IOP

The ABHIOP is a comprehensive and structured approach to treating people with mental health issues that are affecting a patient’s life. If a patient is seeking additional services beyond weekly therapy but the patient is not in need of hospitalization, this program may be for them. In the IOP, patients will explore ways to reduce the frequency and severity of symptoms, increase confidence and self-worth, and improve daily functioning. The integrative and supportive approach of our team will help the patient improve the quality of their life. A parent or guardian is required to accompany a teen throughout this program.
